Ok, I have tried twice to get this video from YouTube to post on my blog and it does not want to cooperate...so, I am asking you to go here and watch this video. While you are there, rate it because that will help raise media awareness. Then, you can post it to your blog or email it on to others asking them to do the same.
I realized that I hadn't posted about trafficking for some time. I realized that as the excitement from the IJM conference slowly faded so did my desire to help. Funny how this is like any other thing. The excitement and newness fade as does the commitment to help, due to lack of resources or ability to do work that I see as valuable. So awareness is still my tool.
And one cool thing about this video is that I know some of these people! The lead girl (Laura), the first one who gets thrown down in the house (Karisse), and the two little boys. The PSA was filmed on the LA YWAM base.
I think there are more videos so I'll post them as I come across them!

There are more videos. There are 5 total (but there is one that's about 5 minutes long that has all 5 videos in one). If you search: nohumantrafficking you should be able to find them.
Isn't it funny how easy it is to lose focus or passion about this topic. I'm not sure why that is. Perhaps it's the forcing yourself to look at it every day. (I am doing that and it's still hard!)
