My dear friend Bonnie from Los Angeles has Lyme and needs to see some healing and breakthrough in her life! Conrad and Bonnie were our DTS leaders when we first went to LA and I count myself so blessed to have gone from student, to staff, to friend of this amazing couple. They have been there for Matt and I in every way possible; praying for us, walking us through the early days of our relationship, speaking at our wedding, and always being available to listen or laugh. They are dear to us.
Bonnie posted here about her current struggle with Lyme and what she is going through to treat it. I'll just tell you here that she is leaving her husband and three awesome boys to go to Kansas and get treatment for two weeks starting the 15th of this month. These treatments are intense and last 4-6 hours a day. It is going to be tough for her to be away from her loved ones and go through this alone. So please, whether you simply offer up a prayer now or commit to praying with me over the next two weeks, it all helps! Pray for physical healing and the grace to endure the next couple of weeks. Pray for Conrad and the boys as they will be missing their wife and mom.
Thanks friends...this is what I love about the world wide web. We can join together as a body, all over the world in an instant, and hold each other up!
Bonnie's family (and Anna) when we vacationed with them in Colorado 3 years ago...it's been way too long between visits!

alright, girly, Conrad just came in and showed this to me (i didn't even know you had a blog...) and now i can't see straight cuz i'm crying and all teary... really, i can't thank you enough for posting this and asking for prayer - it means more than you know. i wish i could just hug you now, i love you so much - thanks...
