Her best bud these days is her cousin Avery. They are only 5 months apart, and Avery + Libby = TROUBLE! It is the norm that when they are together they must be supervised at all times. Or they do things like color all over your TV with green crayon. But they love each other and scream with excitement every time they get together.
We had a small family party for Libby and the two things she wanted most were an Ariel cake and a piggy bank. While my parents took care of the piggy bank it was up to me to tackle Ariel. I refused to draw, sculpt or do anything else to make an Ariel cake. So thanks to Google this is what I came up with...
No, it's no Strawberry Shortcake hat, but let's face it; I will never be able to outdo that masterpiece. Libby loved it so that is what matters right?! And I have to find a good cake recipe cause these box things are just not doing it for me anymore.
