They would be Pumpkin Cookies with Brown Butter Icing. I'll just link that little recipe up for you, cause you're gonna wanna go there. No, mine don't look that perfect but really Martha, who pipes their batter onto their cookie sheet? A small ice cream scoop worked just fine. But let's get back to the key words here, Brown Butter. I was introduced to this fabulous substance when I moved here to Amish land. Matt's mom browns butter and puts it in her mashed potatos or her buttered noodles; it is butter like you've never known it could be. I think I like butter a bit too much. I think it may be the reason I look like this,
Oh no, that's a baby! (This picture is for you Amy) Although I've already gained 13 lbs. and I'm 24 weeks, just over halfway. Maybe it would be a good idea to cut down on the sweets a bit. Gosh darn being pregnant over the holidays! Oh well, bring on the good stuff!!And I'm still trying to figure out how to use this camera. Sometimes I feel like the pictures come out blurry and I'm not sure why. Now I'm going to go divide up those cookies so I can pass them off to the in-laws...might as well spread the calories around!

with the camera: are you making sure you hold the button down half way first to let it focus? and then push all the way to take the shot? thats the only thing i can think of. unless of course you shake when you take the pic, it will be blurry :)
