Can I just ask...why do people have couple's showers? Boys hate showers...they all group together and talk about golf, tools, X-Box, etc. No offense to said shower throwers, it was a really great shower...I've just never understood...
Next, we had a yard sale but it was kinda cold and windy so that made it a bit uncomfortable. We also didn't make too much money, but at least my stuff is gone. Here is Matt and the girls going for a wagon ride because they were trying to get into all of the junk we were selling. Anna especially..."Hey, that is mine!"
The next random subject would be a bit of bragging on my husband again. He and his faithful partner Jared built this mantle for a lady's fireplace. They are amazing! It still needs to be stained, but that wasn't part of his job.
And that last bit of spring is always cleaning...a big cleaning. Now that my junk is gone I feel like I can finally finish moving in. Following is proof that my daughters belong to their father...
Kauffmans are strange...they love to clean. This includes my husband. The girls saw me dusting and begged to join me. Actually Libby just grabbed a cloth and started...Anna saw how much crazy fun we were having and asked me to get her a cloth. All I can say is that I hope this love of cleaning stays with them through the chore years!
Well, this is all for now. I'm exhausted from my super physical day (a bike ride, pulling kids in a wagon-uphill, and super cleaning) and tonight I get to do school work. My life is amazing! Oh, and on top of all of that...I get to get up now and cook dinner! Can you tell how excited I am?

When your girls are done with the spinrg cleaning in CO, just put them on a plane. I pay in the form of candy. That should entice them! They are too cute. Good luck with the final papers and such.

Oh. They are so BIG. sigh. I miss you. I would come and help dust too if I could.
