I'm the first to admit that I'm no green thumb. If something that I plant actually grows, it's by chance. And if it thrives? I just figure God decided to do my gardening for me that time. I wanted to capture some shots of flowers I planted this spring before autumn sets in and things start disappearing. This is the first year at this house that I've done more than a few flowers by the main entrance...and I'm so glad I did. I've so enjoyed the pops of color that catch my eye when I walk past the window.

| Vinca and Coleus...and a cute little Libby. |
I love this Coleus bush. I planted it on recommendation and I'm so glad I did. It thrived and I love how it looks. Will definitely be keeping these on the list for the future!

| Had to capture the peepers. |
 |
| All of the flowers are Vinca. I love them. If you want something to thrive in the sun, they are your flower. |
 |
| Impatiens and another type of Coleus. Please disregard my weeds. |
 |
| Yup, more Vinca! |
 |
| I told you I like Vinca... |
 |
| And now for the hearty, common petunias. |
It's so green and luscious here thanks to lots and lots of rain. Kind of weird when I know other parts of the country are dry and on fire. I'll try and send some rain your way!

| Matt and Will over visiting "Grandpa" Jim across the street. |
The weather is at a sweet 78 degrees and the windows are open. Ahhhh....
